Story Of Amari:
Amari -
pronounced (A-mar-e) Love of the ocean
Amari, named after
Craig's daughter (Amanda Mari), features Italian cooking with a
contemporary flair.
For over 25 years
Craig Austin has been supplying fine restaurants with fresh fruits and
vegetables from all over the world. Craig moved to Sandwich from the Boston area In 1995 and while loving Cape Cod and all it's
beauty, the one pleasure that was missing was a neighborhood restaurant
that along with fabulous food and reasonable prices, had an ambiance, which
could make dining with friends and family complete. Amari Bar &
Ristorante opened its doors in the winter of 1999 as a result.
